Central Election Commission allow Moldovan citizens voting to vote in the elections parlamenatre early November 28, 2010, based on identity documents expired. The decision was taken on 12 November, the CEC meeting. Also, the state of residence guarantees the inviolability of citizens' illegal residence status on election day. In accordance with art. 11, 18, 22, 26 and 53 para. (3) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, and given the experience of past elections, Central Election Commission considers necessary to enable citizens Moldova Republic of voting to vote in the parliamentary elections of 28 November 2010, based identity documents expired. For these reasons, CEC decides: 1
. Moldovan citizens are allowed voting to vote in the parliamentary elections of 28 November 2010, based on identity documents expired.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption.
